Today, I’m back at Qin Jie’s place again, continuing to stew this soulful “Mo’s Chicken Pot with Large Free-Range Chicken.”

This time, I added my own “secret recipe”—angelica, Sichuan lovage, goji berries, and red dates all thrown in. The broth was elevated to the next level, getting more fragrant and addictive the longer it simmered.

Honestly, this pot is not just delicious; it has a kind of nourishing and healing vibe.

The chicken was perfectly tender, and the broth was rich and smooth. Drinking it warmed me up.

Here’s the kicker: the whole pot costs only 168 yuan.

At this price and with this taste, isn’t it fair to call it the ultimate value for money?

I’m starting to wonder—

Is this place going to become my “regular canteen”? 😄
