Today, I went to Sanshan Riverside Forest Park with a friend. Honestly, it wasn’t a planned trip—it’s just close to Pingzhou. It’s been raining a lot lately, but the sun came out this afternoon, so we decided to go outdoors, soak up some sun, and recharge.
Overall, I found this place quite pleasant. The biggest advantage is that it’s not crowded. The air is fresh, the river breeze is relaxing, and along the way, you see many people quietly fishing. There’s no commercial hustle and bustle, making it perfect for a slow walk, daydreaming, or just zoning out.
Compared to Jiandong Park, which is very crowded and lively, I prefer this quieter, less crowded spot. Spending an hour or two here really helps you unwind.
