All services are offered on a full-day basis only.

A standard full day includes up to 8 hours of service.

Private Local Day

US$310 per day

Includes Alex’s personal assistance and private transportation in a Lexus SUV.

This service is suitable for visitors who want a flexible local day focused on food, culture, neighbourhoods and everyday life. It is personal local assistance, not a package tour.

Business and Factory Visit

US$370 per day

Includes Alex’s personal assistance, English communication support and private transportation in a Lexus SUV.

This service is designed for international visitors coming to China for business, sourcing, factory research, supplier meetings or market exploration.

Business Visit with Written Summary

US$430 per day

Includes all services in the Business & Factory Visit package, plus a short written English summary after the visit.

This option is suitable for clients who want a clear and convenient written record of the day’s meetings and visits.

The written summary is for general reference only. It is not a legal, financial, technical, inspection or due diligence report.

Medical Appointment Logistics

US$330 per day

Includes private local transportation, hospital navigation and non-clinical general communication assistance.

This service may suit an international visitor who has already chosen a hospital or clinic and needs practical help with the day’s route, registration and schedule in Foshan or Guangzhou.

This may include

Transportation to and from the hospital
Appointment and registration assistance
Hospital navigation
Navigation to hospital payment and pharmacy counters
General, non-clinical communication support
Waiting and accompanying where the hospital allows
Helping organise the day’s schedule
Assistance with meals, hotels and other local arrangements

Medical appointment logistics are limited to transportation, scheduling, registration, hospital navigation and general non-clinical communication. Alex does not ask for detailed medical records through the public enquiry form.

It does not include:

Medical advice
Diagnosis
Nursing care
Treatment recommendations
Certified medical interpretation
Legal or insurance advice

Clients should always rely on qualified doctors, licensed medical professionals and certified medical interpreters for medical decisions and professional medical communication.

For urgent symptoms or emergencies, call 120 or go to the nearest appropriate emergency department. Do not rely on this service for emergency response.

Additional Charges

Overtime

A standard full day includes up to 8 hours.

Additional time is charged at:

US$40 per hour

Overtime is calculated in full-hour increments unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Early-Morning or Late-Night Service

Services required between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM may incur an additional charge.

Additional fee: from US$40

The final amount depends on the schedule, pick-up location, waiting time and travel distance.

Travel Outside Foshan and Guangzhou

Trips to nearby cities such as Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen or other parts of Guangdong require a customised quotation.

The additional cost may depend on:

Travel distance
Driving time
Highway tolls
Fuel costs
Parking fees
Overnight accommodation, if required
Additional preparation or coordination

A complete quotation will be provided before the booking is confirmed.

Expenses Not Included

Unless specifically stated in the quotation, the following expenses are not included:

Parking fees
Highway tolls
Admission tickets
Meals and drinks
Hotel accommodation
Medical fees
Professional interpreter fees
Factory inspection fees
Third-party service charges
Long-distance transportation costs
Costs paid on behalf of the client

Whenever possible, additional expenses will be discussed with the client in advance.

Booking Terms

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance should be paid before the service begins or according to the agreed payment schedule.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Because Alex accepts a limited number of bookings, requested dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.

Cancellation

The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed:

More than 7 days before the service date: the deposit may be transferred once to another available date
Between 3 and 7 days before the service date: 50% of the deposit may be retained
Less than 72 hours before the service date: the deposit is normally non-refundable
Same-day cancellation or no-show: the full agreed service fee may apply

Any non-refundable third-party costs already paid on behalf of the client must also be covered by the client.

Schedule Changes

Reasonable itinerary adjustments can usually be made during the day.

However, major changes involving additional distance, preparation, working hours or third-party arrangements may result in additional charges.

A major change of itinerary is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars.

Available payment methods will be confirmed before booking.

Any bank fees, payment processing fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Alex’s main profession is in cross-border e-commerce, with a particular focus on the jewellery industry.

Local assistance is a personal interest and part-time business intended to help international visitors work more efficiently, travel more comfortably and experience authentic local food, culture and everyday life in China.

The service is personalised and availability is limited. Alex reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside his experience, availability or service scope.

Alex does not recruit or organise package-tour groups and does not arrange or resell bundled accommodation, admission tickets or other third-party travel products. If a request requires a licensed travel agency, licensed guide or another regulated provider, the client should book that service directly with a qualified provider.

Alex is not acting as:

A licensed travel agency
A certified interpreter
A medical professional
A lawyer
A professional factory inspector
A licensed chauffeur or car rental company
A commercial due diligence provider

Private transportation is provided only as part of the local assistance package.

The Lexus SUV is not offered as a standalone taxi, chauffeur or car rental service.

All business, medical, legal and commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
