Review

After dinner, I went out for a walk and stumbled upon this dessert shop. Thinking I’d have a little something sweet after the meal, I went in to give it a try. The shop’s decor is quite elegant, the atmosphere is comfortable, and there were quite a few customers, so my first impression was good.

I scanned the QR code to look at the menu. Their specialty is shaved ice, with prices basically above 30 yuan and averaging around 35 yuan. Honestly, that’s a bit pricey. Since I had just finished dinner, I didn’t really want to eat something too cold right away, so I picked a traditional dessert—taro, red bean, chestnut, and cheddar cheese—with some milk added, 19 yuan per serving.

The food came out quickly, and the presentation looked good. After learning more about the ingredients they use, I felt the quality is indeed quite high, probably above the average for similar dessert shops, which is worth recognizing.

Of course, there is still some room for improvement in service. For example, many dessert shops now proactively offer a glass of water, but this one doesn’t. Overall, the service details could be further refined.

Overall score: 85.

On the whole, this shop is still worth recommending. The environment is elegant, the dessert ingredients are high quality, and although the prices aren’t cheap, it has its own charm. I didn’t order their signature shaved ice today mainly because I had just eaten and saw that the portion was quite large; I plan to come back and try it when the weather gets a bit hotter.

Stumbling upon a nice dessert shop while taking a post-meal walk was an unexpected bonus! 🍨
