Review

I came to check out Foshan MixC World today. It feels like everyone in Foshan has flocked here these past couple of days.

The crowds are really insane! This shop is on the first floor of the mall. I had seen it before at Taikoo Li in Guangzhou, but the line was always too long and I never got to try it. Today the line didn’t look too bad, so I finally got to give it a try.

It happened to be their second day since opening, and they were running a 5-yuan-off promotion—originally 28 yuan, now 23 yuan. I ordered their signature iced Banna Da Hong Pao milk tea with red peach gum. I didn’t expect the first sip to be so impressive! The milk flavor was rich and the texture was especially smooth. I chose no sugar, but it still had plenty of flavor and didn’t taste bland.

This texture is really a bit hard to describe. After drinking it you’ll understand: “Oh, no wonder so many people line up for this.” If you happen to be at MixC World, you can stop by and try it. The fact that it’s become so popular really does mean there’s something to it.
