Today I brought a friend back to Night Breeze Dumpling House for my second visit.
After my last visit, I kept thinking about their dumplings, especially paired with the drinks there—it was really comfortable. So this time when my friend came over, I brought him to try it again.
I like this place not just because the dumplings are delicious, but because eating there has a very “home-style” feeling.
You can really tell freshness by the first bite. The dumpling filling tastes very fresh, and the texture of the ingredients is quite natural—not the kind where heavy seasoning covers up all the flavor. It’s like buying fresh vegetables and fresh meat at home and wrapping them on the spot for you.
Also, this shop gives me a warm feeling. It’s not just a place to fill your stomach; the owner is genuinely serious about making good food.
There aren’t many places that make me actively return for a second visit in a short time, and Night Breeze Dumplings is one of them. 🥟
Next time I pass by, I’ll probably still stop in for a few.
