Beiluo Secret Realm Mountain Park Cliff Pool「北洛秘境山体公园悬崖泳池」

Review

For this trip to Hailing Island, we stayed at the Beiluo Secret Realm Resort Hotel, booked at 370 yuan per night. I thought the price was okay, but later I found out the hotel includes tickets to the cliff pool, hot springs, and cliff walkway—quite a good deal.

When we got to the cliff pool, I learned that a single ticket costs over 130 yuan per person, so for two people it’s about 270 yuan. So staying at the hotel is actually more cost-effective.

The highlight of the cliff pool is the view. Built on a cliff facing the sea, it offers a very wide view. On a clear day, photos turn out great—any shot looks good. Although there were quite a few tourists, the environment was well-maintained and not messy.

I think if you come to Hailing Island, this place is worth arranging. Even if you don’t go into the water, just coming to see the sea view and take photos is worthwhile. If you stay at the hotel, the tickets are included, making the overall value quite good.

However, I personally don’t recommend buying a ticket just for this. A single ticket costs 138 yuan per person, which is not cheap. Also, from the hotel to the cliff pool, you have to walk uphill for about 20 minutes, which can be tiring in the summer heat.

The scenic area also has shuttle buses: 10 yuan one way, 18 yuan round trip. But the distance isn’t long, so I think walking is fine—just take a stroll and enjoy the scenery. Unless you have mobility issues, I don’t think it’s necessary to spend extra on the shuttle.

So I recommend staying directly at the Beiluo Secret Realm Hotel, which includes tickets to the cliff pool, hot springs, and walkway. That way, it’s much more cost-effective and offers a more complete experience.
