This Wudou beef offal shop has been around for many years. I’ve passed by it before but never tried it. Today I had some free time, so I stopped by.
Their beef offal is pre-skewered and stored in a freezer, not the kind that’s continuously cooked and fished out from a pot. So personally, I felt the freshness might not be as outstanding. The price is reasonable—not expensive, but not surprisingly cheap either.
As for the taste, I’d give it about 75 to 80 out of 100. It’s edible and okay, but nothing particularly memorable. It’s fine to drop by occasionally, but not worth a special trip.
