On Jade Street, if there’s one snack shop with the most stable and bustling business, I think it’s this Pin’aojiang. Basically, during meal times, there’s always a queue at the door. Many people working in the jade business nearby come here for a meal.
I think the reason it’s always so crowded is mainly because of the great value. Especially with group-buy deals, a meal of snail noodles plus a side dish costs just over ten yuan, which is very cheap in this area.
Moreover, their flavors are indeed good, and the ingredients are fresh. Because business is always good, ingredients turn over quickly, so side dishes, fried items, and broth don’t taste stale. The snail noodles are authentic and addictive, with a good balance of spiciness and sourness, leaving you satisfied.
Of course, the dining environment is typical of a small shop, so don’t expect fancy decor or ambiance. But if you’re looking for a “cheap, tasty, and fast” place near Jade Street, this one is hard to beat. The value for money is top-notch.
Honestly, many nearby restaurant owners probably envy seeing their daily queues.
