I’ve had their steamed spare ribs countless times. Since my parents live in the nursing home next door, every time I come and have time, I basically order a portion of their signature steamed spare ribs.
In terms of taste, I personally think it’s very good—the ribs are fresh, the seasoning is on point, and they are steamed to be flavorful without being tough. Based on my experience, they are on par with the steamed ribs from Shunde Rongbian, at the same level.
This is a restaurant I keep coming back to, not just an occasional meal.
