Today, I came to Chaofa at Qiandeng Lake Huanyu City again for Chaoshan beef hotpot. As usual, we ordered their signature—snowflake beef and tenderloin.
Their beef is incredibly fresh. Because they have their own cattle farm, the meat quality surpasses many Chaoshan restaurants. The moment you take a bite, you can feel the ‘live fresh’ tenderness. The snowflake beef has a rich milky aroma with delicate fat; the tenderloin is still surprisingly tender and fresh. Paired with a plate of vegetables, it was just right for two people and very satisfying.
I’ll definitely come again! This place makes you miss it after just one visit.
