In the evening, when it was time to eat, I opened Dianping and saw a newly opened Jiangxi stir-fry place nearby, so I went to try it. This spot used to be a Henan noodle shop, but now it’s a Jiangxi stir-fry restaurant.
The biggest feature of Jiangxi stir-fry is that it’s cooked fresh, with wok hei, and the flavors are very appetizing with rice. I ordered a 58 RMB set for two to three people, which included two dishes. I chose bandit pork liver and stir-fried lettuce with meat, plus a seasonal vegetable.
Overall, the portions were generous and the value for money was high. The bandit pork liver was fragrant, and the stir-fried lettuce with meat was home-style. Both had that standard Jiangxi stir-fry taste with a bit of wok hei, making them great with rice.
At this price and portion size, it’s quite reasonable for the area. If I want some home-style stir-fry in the future, I can come here often. Overall, no pitfalls, great value.
