Pingdi Agricultural Market is one of my favorite food markets in Guangzhou and Foshan.
This market is unique, with mostly Chaoshan products. You can find all kinds of Chaoshan delicacies here, such as various rice cakes, rice noodle rolls, guangzhang, beef balls, and various Chaoshan seasonings. In addition, you can also find gold paper and supplies used by locals for worshiping Buddha and gods.
I come here every now and then to buy some Chaoshan snacks or ingredients. The market is full of life and rich in products. If you like Chaoshan flavors, I highly recommend a visit.
