Today I went to a nearby car shop for a four-wheel alignment. Since I had an hour to kill, I dropped by this place for a bowl of wonton noodles.
The restaurant’s decor is quite exquisite, and the environment is very comfortable. You can tell they put thought into it. I ordered their signature “Five Treasures Noodles.” The presentation was impressive when it arrived, and the toppings were generous.
But to be honest, the taste didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The bamboo pole noodles lacked that expected springy texture—they were a bit too soft. The wonton wrappers were also slightly mushy, not clean and firm. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it fell short of being a memorable bowl of wonton noodles.
If I had to rate it out of 100, I’d give it around 70. It’s edible and won’t disappoint, but among the many wonton noodle places I’ve tried, it’s not particularly outstanding—just average, above passing grade.
