Today, I passed by the Foshan Creative Industry Park and remembered that this place is full of delicious food, so I parked and came in to find something to eat. While browsing reviews, I saw “Haoniuniu” Sichuan hotpot with good ratings, so I decided to give it a try.
Originally a set meal for two to three people, ordering it alone was a bit “extravagant” for me. The portion was indeed large, and I basically couldn’t finish it all by myself. The freshness of the meat was on point, and I especially recommend their pork face meat, which was tender, bouncy, and slightly crispy, becoming more fragrant the longer it cooked. I also ordered a serving of mother’s trotters, and the broth was really fresh, rich but not greasy. One sip warmed me up completely.
In the Creative Industry Park area, this is a hotpot restaurant with great value for money. Compared to other hotpot places in the park that often have high per-person costs, this one has affordable prices and generous portions, suitable for small gatherings with friends or when you want to have a serious hotpot meal.
Overall evaluation: good taste, generous portions, friendly prices. I won’t hesitate to come again next time.
