We drove to Fangchenggang around nine in the evening and, feeling hungry, chose this stir-fried raw ingredients place. The overall taste was acceptable, with good heat control and wok hei, making it quite fragrant. However, to be honest, the price was indeed a bit high. For items like pork offal and diaolong, a plate of raw ingredients cost about 185 yuan. For five of us, the portions didn’t seem particularly large, so the value for money was average.
Maybe the local market price for stir-fried raw ingredients is naturally high, but as out-of-town visitors, the price was still a bit surprising. The taste was passable, but if you’re price-sensitive, be mentally prepared.
