The other day, I saw that the nearby Xilu Lotus Root Soup was running a promotion, so I ordered a belly meat set meal. It cost over ten yuan, which was indeed not expensive. After ordering, the food came out quite quickly—that was a plus.
But honestly, the portion size was a bit small, and the taste of the pork belly was just average, nothing particularly surprising. Overall, it felt like an ordinary work meal.
Of course, for a set meal that costs just over ten yuan, considering the value and expectations at this price point, you can’t really ask for too much.
If you happen to pass by and want a simple meal, it’s worth considering; but it’s not really worth making a special trip for.
