Today I came to Feng Xiaozhang Old Hotpot at Foshan Creative Industry Park with a friend. We ordered their extra-spicy Sichuan pot base, and as soon as it was served, the rich Sichuan aroma filled the air.
Ingredients like tripe, duck intestines, and duck blood were all very fresh, with a crisp and tender texture. The attention to detail was spot on—truly authentic Sichuan hotpot.
Spicy enough to be satisfying, and we ate to our hearts’ content. Will come again next time. Highly recommended.
