Today I went to Ban Yu Fu again, which I haven’t visited for a long time. This restaurant originally opened on Laoshan Road, and I’ve been following it from there. I really like their fish slices, very tender with crispy skin, consistently good quality. I also ordered lion’s mane mushroom and other mushrooms, mainly because the kids love them. This hot pot is definitely not pre-made, so I feel safe eating it.
