Today, while shopping at Shunde Mixc World, I stumbled upon [Yu Huo Zhongshan Crispy Grass Carp Hotpot] on the 5th floor and had a great experience. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the store manager is very enthusiastic and attentive. I had tried crispy grass carp slices before and was impressed; this time at Yu Huo, the fish slices were really fresh, with a bouncy and smooth texture, no fishy smell at all. The broth base, made with wuzhimaotao and Nongfu Spring water, was also excellent. After the meal, the staff gave us two desserts, and we ate until we could barely walk out…
